- Drop in ECU replacement so:
- No wiring or splicing of wires like with a piggyback controller
- Super-easy, 30-min install
- Easily “Undo-able” (e.g. if you sell the bike) or transferrable to another bike of the same generation
- No invalidating your warranty
- *complete* control over all aspects of your engine: fuel, ignition, rpm limit, cold-start compensation, and on the 2019, also: injector angle, vva-activation
- make adjustments while the engine is running, over bluetooth from your android phone or tablet (sorry, no IOS).
- full data logging, so you can review your engine data, also via the phone app
In addition:
- Legal to ride on a CBT/provisional license (unlike a big-bore kit)*
- Actual top speed increase (via RPM limit increase) without having to mess with changing cylinders or engine internals, or changing the running characteristics of the engine (as a big-bore kit does).
- No need to change gearing, so no loss of acceleration (like you would have with a 15t front sprocket)
- Distributed from within UK and EU so no “surprise” import duties/taxes and easy returns/replacement if there is a problem.
- UK & EU after-sales support by NorthCust
*you may still need to inform your insurer if you replace the ECU, check your policy documentation
NOW IN STOCK!
Currently I have devices in stock for gen1, gen2 and gen3.
Gen 3 devices will come prepped for a UK-spec bike with a map for a stock bike.
However, I do not have maps to supply on gen 1 and 2 models (yet).
It turns out there are plenty of people who are happy making their own maps though, or who are planning on running a wideband setup, and for them the gen1 and 2 are being made available “as is” (which is mapped for an R15 (150cc).
Just to be clear: gen1 and 2 devices are available *but will need a map making*, either on a dyno or manually.
Register your interest:
Click the “LEARN MORE” link will take you to a page and let you enter an email address and the year of your bike and then you’ll get notified once we have devices available for sale, for your bike’s generation, or updated maps/info relevant to your bike’s gen.
